Turkey Invest is one the marketing agents of Curbanoglu Design and Construction Limited which was established in 1980 as a one-person company and since then it has been specialising in property construction, sales and consultancy. Turkey Invest works as partner with Curbanoglu and arranges all marketing events like exhibitions, seminars and advertizing, together with Curbanoglu.

28 years later the staffs have now reached up to 200 employees, the company now owns 30 vehicles and heavy duty construction machines. Curbanoglu Design and Construction has 400 building plots and 1000s acres of fields, which all consist of different kinds of natural beauties and landscapes.

The company’s philosophy is to create houses in which people can spend their lives or holiday, in peace, good health and happiness. It desires to build houses which meet the budget and architectural desires of every family.

If today we have many different plots, suitable for different tastes, it is the outcome of our extensive experience and awareness of European clients’ needs.

In recent years we have found that local and foreign agents, investment companies and International investors want to work with us, one of the reason for this is our large land bank of building plots, in outstanding locations and also the differences in our construction quality, when compared to other construction companies in the region.
